My Approach
I believe that the foundation of effective mental health care lies in compassion and collaboration. I approach every patient with genuine empathy, recognizing the unique challenges they face. Through active listening and open dialogue, I am to create a safe and supportive space where patients feel comfortable sharing their experiences. By working together, we can develop holistic treatment plans that resonate with their values and aspirations. I consider all aspects of a person’s life, including their physical health, social environment, and emotional well-being.
